​The Joliet West Band Boosters uses Charms Office Assistant software to track student information, manage calendars, etc.  

To view your students account, log into:  https://www.charmsoffice.com/

Select ENTER/LOGIN, select PARENTS/STUDENTS/MEMBERS

Enter the school code:  JolietWestBands (click Enter Charms)

At this screen, you will be asked to enter your Student Area Password (ID) which you should have.
